Article R6147-121 of the French Public Health Code

The Chief Medical Officer of the Armed Forces Hospital will draw up a list of the names of the members of the committee. This updated list is displayed in the army hospital and sent to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

It is given to each patient or made available to them in a document which reproduces articles R. 6147-128 to R. 6147-131 and specifies how they apply within the hospital.

Le médecin-chef de l’hôpital des armées arrête la liste nominative des membres de la commission. Cette liste actualisée est affichée dans l’hôpital des armées et transmise au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Elle est remise à chaque patient ou mise à sa disposition dans un document qui reproduit les articles R. 6147-128 à R. 6147-131 et précise leurs modalités d’application au sein de l’hôpital.
