Article R6147-135 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of article L. 6147-10, public and private health establishments, self-employed health professionals, the health professionals mentioned in article L. 1435-4 and the psychologists mentioned inarticle 44 of law no. 85-772 of 25 July 1985 containing various provisions of a social nature may contribute to the health support of the armed forces, by providing them with their medical, psychological and medico-technical skills.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 6147-10, les établissements de santé publics et privés, les professionnels de santé d’exercice libéral, les acteurs de santé mentionnés à l’article L. 1435-4 et les psychologues mentionnés à l’article 44 de la loi n° 85-772 du 25 juillet 1985 portant diverses dispositions d’ordre social peuvent contribuer au soutien sanitaire des forces armées, en leur apportant leurs compétences médicales, psychologiques et médico-techniques.
