I.-The medical centres mentioned in article L. 6326-1 which are located in health regions far from an army hospital may, with the other players in the health system in these regions:
1° Organise and implement health care pathways designed to ensure medical and, where appropriate, psychological care adapted to the individual situation of the beneficiaries of the care provided by the army health service mentioned in 1° of II of article L. 6147-10;
2° Set up a system to provide the specialised expertise that these players are able to provide and which they need so that the army doctors practising there can formulate the opinions mentioned in 2° of the same article.
II – Armed Forces hospitals may organise and implement, as necessary, in conjunction with medical centres and the healthcare system players mentioned in article R. 6147-135, the resources required to implement the healthcare pathways and carry out the expert assessments mentioned in I.
