Article R6147-4 of the French Public Health Code

For the internal organisation of the institution, the Chief Executive Officer may, after consultation with the Management Board:

1° Set up a group of hospitals under the same management ;

2° Create clusters other than those mentioned in article L. 6146-1, called “clusters of common interest”.

Pour l’organisation interne de l’établissement, le directeur général peut, après concertation avec le directoire :

1° Constituer un groupement d’hôpitaux placés sous une même direction ;

2° Créer des pôles autres que ceux mentionnés à l’article L. 6146-1, dénommés ” pôles d’intérêt commun “.
