Article R6147-82 of the French Public Health Code

The Committee shall be convened by its Chairman; it shall be convened at the written request of the Director or of at least one third of the full members. In the latter case, the meeting must be convened within a maximum of eight days. In any event, the Committee shall meet at least twice a year.

Le comité se réunit sur convocation de son président ; il est réuni sur la demande écrite du directeur ou du tiers au moins des membres titulaires. Dans ce dernier cas, la convocation est obligatoire dans le délai maximum de huit jours. Le comité se réunit en tout état de cause au moins deux fois par an.
