The establishment’s annual funding allocation instituted byarticle L. 174-1 of the Social Security Code and the charges for services are decided by the Minister for Health, who notifies them to the establishment, the regional health insurance fund and the fund responsible for paying this allocation.

La dotation annuelle de financement de l’établissement instituée par l’article L. 174-1 du code de la sécurité sociale et les tarifs de prestations sont arrêtés par le ministre chargé de la santé, qui les notifie à l’établissement, à la caisse régionale d’assurance maladie et à la caisse chargée du versement de cette dotation.
