Article R6152-23 of the French Public Health Code

Practitioners receive, after service has been rendered, as evidenced by the monthly duty roster, validated by the head of department or, failing that, by the head of another internal structure:

1° Monthly emoluments varying according to the grade of the persons concerned, in proportion to their weekly service obligations. These emoluments are set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, health and social security. They follow the trend in civil service salaries, as determined by the Minister for Health;

2° Indemnities and allowances, the list of which is set by decree.

Les praticiens perçoivent, après service fait, attesté par le tableau mensuel de service réalisé, validé par le chef de service, ou, à défaut, par le responsable d’une autre structure interne :

1° Des émoluments mensuels variant selon l’échelon des intéressés, au prorata des obligations de service hebdomadaires. Ces émoluments sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de la santé et de la sécurité sociale. Ils suivent l’évolution des traitements de la fonction publique, constatée par le ministre chargé de la santé ;

2° Des indemnités et allocations dont la liste est fixée par décret.
