The exercise of a lucrative private activity outside the establishment under the conditions defined by article L. 6152-4 and by article L. 6152-5-1 must not jeopardise the smooth running of the service or interfere with the fulfilment of the missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 to L. 6111-1-4 and L. 6112-1.

L’exercice d’une activité privée lucrative à l’extérieur de l’établissement dans les conditions définies par l’article L. 6152-4 et par l’article L. 6152-5-1 ne doit pas mettre en cause le bon fonctionnement du service ni nuire à l’accomplissement des missions définies aux articles L. 6111-1 à L. 6111-1-4 et L. 6112-1.
