Any hospital practitioner intending to carry out a private for-profit activity outside the establishment must inform the director of the establishment in which he/she is principally employed in writing at least two months before the commencement of this activity and provide documentary evidence of the place where this activity is to be carried out and the type of work involved.

Le praticien hospitalier qui envisage d’exercer une activité privée lucrative à l’extérieur de l’établissement en informe par écrit le directeur de l’établissement dans lequel il exerce à titre principal deux mois au moins avant le début de cette activité et fournit les justificatifs attestant du lieu d’exercice de cette activité et du type de missions.
