Article R6152-26-4 of the French Public Health Code

Any hospital practitioner intending to carry out a private for-profit activity outside the establishment must inform the director of the establishment in which he/she is principally employed in writing at least two months before the commencement of this activity and provide documentary evidence of the place where this activity is to be carried out and the type of work involved.
