Article R6152-3 of the French Public Health Code

Permanently-appointed hospital doctors, odontologists and pharmacists form a single body of hospital practitioners in all medical, biological, pharmaceutical and odontological disciplines and their specialities.

They shall bear the title of hospital doctor, surgeon, psychiatrist, specialist, biologist, pharmacist or odontologist.

The provisions of this section apply to hospital pharmacists with the exception of articles R. 6152-60 and R. 6152-61.

Les médecins, odontologistes et pharmaciens des hôpitaux nommés à titre permanent constituent le corps unique des praticiens hospitaliers dans toutes les disciplines médicales, biologiques, pharmaceutiques, odontologiques et leurs spécialités.

Ils portent le titre de médecin, chirurgien, psychiatre, spécialiste, biologiste, pharmacien ou odontologiste des hôpitaux.

Les dispositions de la présente section sont applicables aux pharmaciens des hôpitaux à l’exception des articles R. 6152-60 et R. 6152-61.
