Article R6152-32 of the French Public Health Code

Hospital practitioners are entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection with their temporary travel for service purposes or, without prejudice to the provisions of article R. 6152-72 for hospital practitioners practising in the overseas departments, Mayotte, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, their changes of residence, in accordance with the provisions applicable to civil servants, subject to the adaptations made necessary by the particular conditions in which they carry out their duties. These adaptations are the subject of an order by the ministers responsible for the budget and health.

For the application of the provisions of this article, the time spent in the situation of seeking an assignment is taken into account for the determination of the required length of service.

Les praticiens hospitaliers bénéficient du remboursement des frais engagés à l’occasion de leurs déplacements temporaires effectués pour les besoins du service ou, sans préjudice des dispositions prévues à l’article R. 6152-72 pour les praticiens hospitaliers exerçant dans les départements d’outre-mer, à Mayotte, à Saint-Barthélemy, à Saint-Martin et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, de leurs changements de résidence, conformément aux dispositions applicables aux fonctionnaires de l’Etat, sous réserve des adaptations rendues nécessaires par les conditions particulières d’exercice de leurs fonctions. Ces adaptations font l’objet d’un arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé.

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent article, le temps passé dans la situation de recherche d’affectation est pris en compte pour la détermination des durées de service exigées.
