Article R6152-335 of the French Public Health Code

Contractual practitioners carry out the medical acts of diagnosis, treatment and emergency care provided by public health establishments and participate in the missions defined in articles L. 6111-1 and L. 6112-1.

They participate in the management tasks implied by their duties.

They may also carry out non-clinical activities under the conditions laid down in article R. 6152-826.

Les praticiens contractuels assurent les actes médicaux de diagnostic, de traitement, de soins d’urgence dispensés par les établissements publics de santé et participent aux missions définies aux articles L. 6111-1 et L. 6112-1.

Ils participent aux tâches de gestion qu’impliquent leurs fonctions.

Ils peuvent également exercer des activités non cliniques dans les conditions fixées à l’article R. 6152-826.
