Article R6152-35-2 of the French Public Health Code

Unpaid parental leave or a reduction in the number of hours worked is granted under the conditions set out inarticle L. 1225-62 of the French Labour Code and the regulatory provisions adopted for its application to hospital practitioners whose dependent child is the victim of a serious illness, accident or disability.

The duration of this leave is treated as a period of actual service and cannot be deducted from annual leave.

Un congé de présence parentale non rémunéré ou une réduction de quotité de travail est accordé dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 1225-62 du code du travail et aux dispositions réglementaires prises pour son application au praticien hospitalier dont l’enfant à charge est victime d’une maladie, d’un accident ou d’un handicap grave.

La durée de ce congé est assimilée à une période de services effectifs et ne peut être imputée sur la durée du congé annuel.
