Article R6152-355 of the French Public Health Code

The remuneration of a contractual practitioner includes:

1° Monthly emoluments set in accordance with a joint order of the ministers responsible for health and the budget, in proportion to the working time defined in the contract. They take into account, in particular, the duties performed, the qualifications required to perform them, the qualifications held by the practitioner and his or her experience.

The emoluments of practitioners recruited under the terms of 2° of article R. 6152-338 may include a variable part subject to the fulfilment of specific commitments and objectives set out in the contract. The amount and terms of payment of this variable component are set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget and health;

2° Where applicable, bonuses and allowances.

La rémunération du praticien contractuel comprend :


1° Des émoluments mensuels fixés conformément à un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et du budget, proportionnellement à la durée de travail définie au contrat. Ils prennent en compte, notamment, les fonctions occupées, la qualification requise pour leur exercice, la qualification détenue par le praticien ainsi que son expérience.


Les émoluments des praticiens recrutés au titre du 2° de l’article R. 6152-338 peuvent comprendre une part variable subordonnée à la réalisation des engagements particuliers et des objectifs prévus au contrat. Le montant et les modalités de versement de cette part variable sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget et de la santé ;


2° Le cas échéant, des primes et indemnités.
