Article R6152-366 of the French Public Health Code

The contractual practitioner may be authorised, following a favourable opinion from the medical committee mentioned in article R. 6152-36, to work part-time for therapeutic reasons under the conditions set out in articles L. 323-3 and R. 323-3 of the Social Security Code.

During the period of part-time work for therapeutic reasons, the practitioner receives the full emoluments provided for in 1° of article R. 6152-355, as well as the bonuses usually received, if he fulfils the conditions for granting these.

Le praticien contractuel peut être autorisé, après avis favorable du comité médical mentionné à l’article R. 6152-36, à accomplir un service à temps partiel pour raison thérapeutique dans les conditions fixées aux articles L. 323-3 et R. 323-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Pendant la période de temps partiel pour raison thérapeutique, le praticien perçoit la totalité des émoluments prévus au 1° de l’article R. 6152-355, ainsi que les primes habituellement perçues, s’il remplit les conditions d’octroi de celles-ci.
