The secondment on request or its renewal is granted by the Director General of the National Management Centre, after obtaining the opinion of the head of the department, the head of the service, the chairman of the establishment’s medical committee and the director of the establishment in which the person concerned is working for the initial request and its first renewal. These opinions are not required for subsequent renewals.
Le détachement sur demande ou son renouvellement est prononcé par le directeur général du centre national de gestion, après avis du chef de pôle, du chef de service, du président de la commission médicale d’établissement et du directeur de l’établissement dans lequel exerce l’intéressé pour la demande initiale et le premier renouvellement de celle-ci. Ces avis ne sont pas requis pour les renouvellements suivants.
