Hospital assistants are entitled to maternity leave, birth leave, paternity leave and childcare leave, adoption leave or leave for the arrival of a child placed with a view to adoption in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article R. 6152-819.
He may receive the allowance provided for if he works in several establishments.
L’assistant des hôpitaux bénéficie d’un congé de maternité, de naissance, de paternité et d’accueil de l’enfant, d’adoption ou pour l’arrivée d’un enfant placé en vue de son adoption selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6152-819.
Il perçoit éventuellement l’indemnité prévue en cas d’activité dans plusieurs établissements.
