Article R6152-612 of the French Public Health Code

Attached practitioners receive, after service has been rendered:

1° Monthly emoluments varying according to the grade of the person concerned and the length of the weekly hospital service obligations; these emoluments are set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, health and social security; they are revalued in the same way as civil service salaries by order of the minister responsible for health;

2° Indemnities and allowances, the purpose and arrangements for which are set by decree.

Les praticiens attachés perçoivent après service fait :

1° Des émoluments mensuels variant selon l’échelon des intéressés et la durée des obligations hebdomadaires de service hospitalier ; ces émoluments sont fixés par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de la santé et de la sécurité sociale ; ils sont revalorisés comme les traitements de la fonction publique par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé ;

2° Des indemnités et allocations dont l’objet et le régime sont fixés par décret.
