The contract is concluded for a maximum of three years. It may include a trial period of up to two months, renewable once.
The contract is renewable by express decision.
The total term of employment may not exceed six years, including renewals.
In the event of non-renewal by either party to the contract, the notice period is two months.
Le contrat est conclu pour une durée de trois ans au plus. Il peut être assorti d’une période d’essai de deux mois au plus, renouvelable une fois.
Le contrat est renouvelable par décision expresse.
La durée totale d’engagement ne peut excéder six ans, renouvellement compris.
En cas de non-renouvellement par l’une ou l’autre des parties au contrat, le préavis est de deux mois.
