The time savings account is credited by the carry-over of days of leave, reduced working hours or time off which could not be taken, under the following conditions:
1° Carrying over annual leave, with the number of days taken in any one year not being less than twenty; this limit is reduced in proportion to the length of service of the staff concerned when they are not working full time;
2° Carrying forward all or part of the days of reduced working time under the conditions set out in article R. 6152-801;
3° The deferral of days of recuperation of periods of additional working time, standby duty and travel when they have not been the subject of compensation.
