Article R6152-807-3 of the French Public Health Code

Each day concerned by the option mentioned in 1° of article R. 6152-807-2 is compensated up to an amount set by joint order of the ministers responsible for health, the civil service and the budget.

This compensation is not subject to the increases and indexations that may be paid to practitioners working in overseas departments and collectivities.

Chaque jour concerné par l’option mentionnée au 1° de l’article R. 6152-807-2 est indemnisé à hauteur d’un montant fixé par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé, de la fonction publique et du budget.

Cette indemnisation n’est pas soumise aux majorations et indexations pouvant être versées aux praticiens en poste dans les départements et collectivités d’outre-mer.
