Article R6152-902 of the French Public Health Code

Associate practitioners perform preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic functions and, where appropriate, medical biology procedures.

Holders of a diploma in pharmacy perform either the duties defined in articles L. 5126-1 et seq. or duties related to the speciality for which they are completing the skills consolidation programme or the adaptation period.

Associate practitioners carry out their duties by delegation, under the direct responsibility of the practitioner in charge of the structure to which they report or one of his medical, surgical, odontological or pharmacist colleagues.

Les praticiens associés exercent des fonctions de prévention, de diagnostic, de soins et, le cas échéant, des actes de biologie médicale.

Les titulaires d’un diplôme en pharmacie exercent soit les fonctions définies aux articles L. 5126-1 et suivants, soit des fonctions liées à la spécialité pour laquelle ils réalisent le parcours de consolidation des compétences ou le stage d’adaptation.

Les praticiens associés exercent leurs fonctions par délégation, sous la responsabilité directe du praticien responsable de la structure dont ils relèvent ou de l’un de ses collaborateurs médecin, chirurgien, odontologiste ou pharmacien.
