Article R6152-923 of the French Public Health Code

Unpaid parental leave is granted under the conditions set out inarticle L. 1225-62 of the French Labour Code and the regulatory provisions adopted for its application to the associate practitioner whose dependent child is the victim of a serious illness, accident or disability. The duration of this leave cannot be deducted from the annual leave.

Un congé de présence parentale non rémunéré est accordé dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 1225-62 du code du travail et aux dispositions réglementaires prises pour son application au praticien associé dont l’enfant à charge est victime d’une maladie, d’un accident ou d’un handicap grave. La durée de ce congé ne peut être imputée sur la durée du congé annuel.
