Article R6153-1-22 of the French Public Health Code

Junior doctors authorised to practise medicine, pharmacy or dentistry in a public health establishment on a temporary basis are recruited under a public law contract. They may only be recruited in the event of the absence of a practitioner and are, in the context of this activity, subject to the provisions of articles R. 6152-334 to R. 6152-355, with the exception of 1°, 2° and 8° of article R. 6152-336, article R. 6152-338 and article R. 6152-341. They are also subject to the provisions of articles R. 6152-358 to R. 6152-390, R. 6152-801 to R. 6152-813 and R. 6152-817 to R. 6152-824.

Les docteurs juniors autorisés à exercer, à titre de remplaçant, la médecine, la pharmacie ou l’odontologie dans un établissement public de santé sont recrutés par contrat de droit public. Ils ne peuvent être recrutés que dans le cas d’absence d’un praticien et sont, dans le cadre de cette activité, soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 6152-334 à R. 6152-355, à l’exception des 1°, 2° et 8° de l’article R. 6152-336, de l’article R. 6152-338 et de l’article R. 6152-341. Ils sont également soumis aux dispositions des articles R. 6152-358 à R. 6152-390, R. 6152-801 à R. 6152-813 et R. 6152-817 à R. 6152-824.
