Junior doctors authorised to practise medicine, pharmacy or dentistry in a public health establishment on a temporary basis are recruited under a public law contract. They may only be recruited in the event of the absence of a practitioner and are, in the context of this activity, subject to the provisions of articles R. 6152-334 to R. 6152-355, with the exception of 1°, 2° and 8° of article R. 6152-336, article R. 6152-338 and article R. 6152-341. They are also subject to the provisions of articles R. 6152-358 to R. 6152-390, R. 6152-801 to R. 6152-813 and R. 6152-817 to R. 6152-824.
