Article R6153-2-5 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of difficulties in the application, within an approved service, of the provisions of articles R. 6153-2 to R. 6153-2-3, R. 6153-10 and D. 6153-10-1, the representatives of students in the third cycle of medical, odontological and pharmacy studies on the establishment medical committee of the establishment concerned or on the joint regional committee shall refer the matter to the director general of the regional health agency for the region in which the establishment is located. The latter may request that the approval of the service be re-examined.

The terms of application of this article are set by joint order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education, health and defence.

En cas de difficultés dans l’application, au sein d’un service agréé, des dispositions des articles R. 6153-2 à R. 6153-2-3, R. 6153-10 et D. 6153-10-1, les représentants des étudiants de troisième cycle des études de médecine, d’odontologie et de pharmacie de la commission médicale d’établissement de l’établissement concerné ou de la commission régionale paritaire saisissent le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé de la région dans le ressort de laquelle se situe l’établissement. Celui-ci peut demander un réexamen de l’agrément du service.

Les modalités d’application du présent article sont fixées par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur, de la santé et de la défense.
