Article R6153-6 of the French Public Health Code

Interns are subject to the regulations of the establishments or organisations in which they work. They must carry out the tasks assigned to them and participate in the continuity of care or pharmaceutical duty.

In particular, under penalty of disciplinary action, they may only be absent from their place of training in respect of the leave provided for in sub-section 2 and the obligations associated with their theoretical and practical training.

Les internes sont soumis au règlement des établissements ou organismes dans lesquels ils exercent leur activité. Ils s’acquittent des tâches qui leur sont confiées et participent à la continuité des soins ou à la permanence pharmaceutique.

Ils ne peuvent en particulier, sous peine de sanctions disciplinaires, s’absenter de leur lieu de stage qu’au titre des congés prévus à la sous-section 2 et des obligations liées à leur formation théorique et pratique.
