Article R6153-79 of the French Public Health Code

Hospital pharmacy students take part in hospital activities in the entities of the university hospital centre and public health establishments to which they are assigned and in similar structures in army hospitals.

They may also be assigned to approved private health establishments linked to the university hospital centres by agreement pursuant to article L. 6142-5.

Les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie participent à l’activité hospitalière dans les entités du centre hospitalier universitaire et des établissements publics de santé auxquelles ils sont affectés et dans les structures analogues des hôpitaux des armées.

Ils peuvent également être affectés dans des établissements de santé privés agréés, liés aux centres hospitaliers universitaires par convention en application de l’article L. 6142-5.
