Article R6153-83 of the French Public Health Code

Hospital pharmacy students are subject to the internal rules of the establishment to which they are assigned. They are required to carry out the tasks entrusted to them during their placement and to fulfil the obligations arising therefrom.

Students are informed of their attendance obligations by the head of the unit where the placement is taking place.

Except in cases of force majeure, any absence that has not been authorised by the head of the placement entity and the director of the establishment will be the subject of a warning. In the event of a repeat offence, the disciplinary procedure provided for in articles R. 6153-88 and R. 6153-89 will be initiated.

Les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie sont soumis au règlement intérieur de l’établissement d’affectation. Ils sont tenus d’accomplir les tâches qui leur sont confiées durant leur stage et d’exécuter les obligations qui en découlent.

Les obligations de présence de ces étudiants sont portées à la connaissance des intéressés par le responsable de l’entité où se déroule le stage.

Sauf cas de force majeure, toute absence non autorisée par le responsable de l’entité de stage et le directeur de l’établissement fait l’objet d’une mise en garde. En cas de récidive, la procédure disciplinaire prévue aux articles R. 6153-88 et R. 6153-89 est engagée.
