Article R6153-85 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of duly certified illness or infirmity making it impossible for them to carry out their duties, hospital pharmacy students are entitled to one month’s leave during which they receive their full remuneration and one month’s leave during which they receive half their remuneration.

In all cases determined in the present article, they retain their full family allowances.

En cas de maladie dûment constatée ou d’infirmité les mettant dans l’impossibilité d’exercer leurs fonctions, les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie ont droit à un congé d’un mois pendant lequel ils perçoivent la totalité de leur rémunération et à un congé d’un mois pendant lequel ils perçoivent la moitié de cette rémunération.

Dans tous les cas déterminés au présent article, ils conservent la totalité des suppléments pour charge de famille.
