Hospital pharmacy students are entitled to maternity leave, birth leave, leave for the arrival of a child placed with a view to adoption, adoption leave or paternity and childcare leave for the periods and in accordance with the procedures laid down in article R. 6152-819, during which they receive their full remuneration.
Les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie bénéficient d’un congé de maternité, d’un congé de naissance, d’un congé pour l’arrivée d’un enfant placé en vue de son adoption, d’un congé d’adoption ou d’un congé de paternité et d’accueil de l’enfant pour des durées et selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6152-819 et au cours desquels ils perçoivent l’intégralité de leur rémunération.
