Hospital pharmacy students are subject to the disciplinary rules applicable to students.

In the event of an offence committed by a hospital pharmacy student within the hospital establishment to which he is assigned, the director of the establishment shall inform the director of the training and research unit to which the student belongs and, where appropriate, the general manager of the university hospital centre.

If a disciplinary sanction is imposed on a student assigned to his establishment, the director of the establishment must be informed.

L’étudiant hospitalier en pharmacie est soumis au régime disciplinaire applicable aux étudiants.

En cas d’infraction commise par un étudiant hospitalier en pharmacie à l’intérieur de l’établissement hospitalier d’affectation, le directeur de l’établissement en avertit le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche dont relève l’étudiant ainsi que, le cas échéant, le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire.

Si une sanction disciplinaire est prononcée à l’encontre d’un étudiant affecté dans son établissement, le directeur de l’établissement en est obligatoirement informé.
