The director of the institution to which the student is assigned may exclude a student whose behaviour is incompatible with the smooth running and continuity of the department. He shall immediately inform the director of the student’s training and research unit, to whom he shall send a reasoned report with a view to a joint examination of the situation.
Le directeur de l’établissement d’affectation peut exclure un étudiant dont le comportement est incompatible avec le bon fonctionnement et la continuité du service. Il en informe immédiatement le directeur de l’unité de formation et de recherche dont relève l’étudiant auquel il adresse un rapport motivé en vue d’un examen conjoint de la situation.
