Article R6153-90 of the French Public Health Code

Hospital pharmacy students, with the exception of student pharmacists in the armed forces health service, shall receive, after service has been completed and regardless of the structure to which they are assigned, remuneration the annual amount of which shall be set by order of the ministers responsible for the budget, higher education and health, and shall be revalued in line with changes in civil service salaries by order of the minister responsible for health.

Students repeating a year or three times receive the remuneration provided for in this section for any period of training completed.

The university hospital centres to which they are attached, which are responsible for the remuneration of all hospital pharmacy students, pay them a salary.

The provisions of this article do not apply during the period of study abroad provided for in article R. 6153-77.

Les étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie, à l’exception des élèves pharmaciens du service de santé des armées, perçoivent, après service fait et quelle que soit la structure d’affectation, une rémunération dont le montant annuel est fixé par arrêté des ministres chargés du budget, de l’enseignement supérieur et de la santé, et revalorisé suivant l’évolution des traitements de la fonction publique par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Les étudiants redoublants ou triplants perçoivent la rémunération prévue par la présente section pour toute période de stage accomplie.

Les centres hospitaliers universitaires de rattachement, qui ont en charge la rémunération de l’ensemble des étudiants hospitaliers en pharmacie, leur versent un salaire.

Les dispositions du présent article ne s’appliquent pas pendant la période d’études à l’étranger prévue à l’article R. 6153-77.
