Article R6154-10-4 of the French Public Health Code

The director of the primary health insurance fund within whose jurisdiction the practitioner carries out his activity sends the director of the public health establishment the names of practitioners subject to the stipulations of an agreement drawn up on the basis of article L. 162-5 of the social security code or to the provisions of the arbitration settlement provided for in article L. 162-14-2 of the same code and the terms and conditions governing their pricing practices resulting from these texts.

Le directeur de la caisse primaire d’assurance maladie dans le ressort de laquelle le praticien exerce son activité transmet au directeur de l’établissement public de santé le nom des praticiens soumis aux stipulations d’une convention établie sur le fondement de l’article L. 162-5 du code de la sécurité sociale ou aux dispositions du règlement arbitral prévu à l’article L. 162-14-2 du même code et les modalités régissant leurs pratiques tarifaires résultant de ces textes.
