The date of the elections for the members of the Higher Council mentioned in 1° of Article R. 6156-2 is set by order of the Minister for Health. Except in the case of early renewal, the date of the elections is made public at least six months before the expiry of the current term of office.
La date des élections des membres du conseil supérieur mentionné au 1° de l’article R. 6156-2 est fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé. Sauf cas de renouvellement anticipé, la date des élections est rendue publique six mois au moins avant l’expiration du mandat en cours.
