The lists of voters for the Board of Governors are drawn up by the Minister for Health. Voter status is determined on the day of the ballot.
The electoral lists are posted on the website of the Ministry of Health at least sixty days before the date of the ballot.
Within eight days of the list being put online, voters may check their registration and, if necessary, submit an application for registration to the Minister.
Within eleven days of the list being placed online, any elector may lodge a complaint with the Minister concerning an error on the electoral list.
The Minister shall decide on complaints without delay.
The electoral list drawn up by the Minister is sent, at their request, to the trade union organisations that meet the conditions laid down in article L. 6156-3.
No revision of this list is permitted after the closing date, except in the event that a practitioner acquires or loses, no later than the day before the ballot, the status of elector in one of the colleges. In such cases, the Minister shall, no later than the day before the ballot, either on his own initiative or at the request of the practitioner concerned, declare that he is to be entered on or removed from the list.
Changes to the list are notified to each list delegate and to voters by posting on the Ministry of Health website.
