Article R6156-14 of the French Public Health Code

Staff who fulfil the conditions required for election to the Board of Governors shall be eligible to stand for election to the Board of Governors, in the statutory college to which they belong, with the exception of :

1° Staff on long-term leave ;

2° Staff members who have been suspended or automatically transferred as shown in their administrative file;

3° Employees who have been disqualified in accordance with articles L. 5 and L. 6 of the Electoral Code.

Article R6156-14

Sont éligibles au conseil supérieur, dans le collège statutaire dont ils relèvent, les personnels remplissant les conditions requises pour être électeurs au conseil supérieur, à l’exception :

1° Des personnels en congé de longue durée ;

2° Des agents qui ont été frappés d’une suspension ou d’une mutation d’office figurant à leur dossier administratif ;

3° Des agents frappés d’une des incapacités énoncées par les articles L. 5 et L. 6 du code électoral.
