The lists of candidates by statutory colleges are presented by the trade union organisations that meet the conditions laid down in article L. 6156-3.
The lists may be common to several trade union organisations.
Each list includes the name of the trade union organisation that submitted it and the name of a delegate, who may or may not be a candidate, appointed by the trade union organisation to represent the list in all electoral operations. The trade union organisation may appoint a substitute delegate.
Lists of candidates are submitted at least forty-two days before the date of the ballot and posted on the Ministry of Health website. A receipt will be issued to the delegate or alternate delegate.
If the Minister for Health finds that the trade union organisation that has submitted a list does not meet the conditions set out in Article L. 6156-3, he will inform the list delegate of this in a reasoned decision no later than the day following the deadline for submitting lists.
