For each statutory college, the polling station records the total number of voters and determines the total number of votes validly cast and the number of votes obtained by each list. It also determines the electoral quotient by dividing the number of valid votes cast by the number of full representatives to be elected within each college.
Each trade union organisation is allocated as many full representative seats as the number of votes received by it contains times the electoral quotient.
Any remaining seats for full representatives are allocated on the basis of the highest average.
In the event of a list not containing a number of names equal to the number of seats of full representatives and alternate representatives to be filled, the trade union organisation may not claim to obtain more seats of full representatives and alternate representatives than those for which it has proposed candidates. Any remaining seats are not allocated.
