Article R6156-27 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to the provisions of the last paragraph of I of article 9 bis of the aforementioned Act of 13 July 1983, any disputes regarding the validity of the electoral process shall be referred to the Minister for Health within five days of the announcement of the results and then, where appropriate, to the administrative courts.

Sans préjudice des dispositions du dernier alinéa du I de l’article 9 bis de la loi du 13 juillet 1983 précitée, les contestations sur la validité des opérations électorales sont portées, dans un délai de cinq jours à compter de la proclamation des résultats, devant le ministre chargé de la santé puis, le cas échéant, devant la juridiction administrative.
