Article R6156-3 of the French Public Health Code

The representation of the staff mentioned in 1° of Article R. 6156-2 is organised into three statutory colleges:

1° The college of staff mentioned in 1° of article 1 of decree no. 2021-1645 of 13th December 2021 relating to teaching and hospital staff in hospitals and university centres, made up of five representatives ;

2° The college of staff mentioned in 1° of Article L. 6152-1, comprising five representatives;

3° The college of staff mentioned in 2° and 3° of article 1 of the decree of 13th December 2021 relating to teaching and hospital staff in hospitals and university centres and in 2°, 3° and 4° of article L. 6152-1, made up of five representatives.

La représentation des personnels mentionnés au 1° de l’article R. 6156-2 est organisée en trois collèges statutaires :

1° Le collège des personnels mentionnés au 1° de l’article 1er du décret n° 2021-1645 du 13 décembre 2021 relatif au personnel enseignant et hospitalier des centres hospitaliers et universitaire, composé de cinq représentants ;

2° Le collège des personnels mentionnés au 1° de l’article L. 6152-1, composé de cinq représentants ;

3° Le collège des personnels mentionnés aux 2° et 3° de l’article 1er du décret du 13 décembre 2021 relatif au personnel enseignant et hospitalier des centres hospitaliers et universitaires et aux 2°, 3° et 4° de l’article L. 6152-1, composé de cinq représentants.
