Article R6156-30 of the French Public Health Code

When the trade union organisation that presented a list is unable to fill the full or alternate seats to which it is entitled, in accordance with the procedures laid down in Article R. 6156-6, it appoints its representative, for the remainder of the term of office, from among the employees falling within the scope of the statutory college who are eligible at the time of the appointment.

Lorsque l’organisation syndicale ayant présenté une liste se trouve dans l’impossibilité de pourvoir, selon les modalités prévues à l’article R. 6156-6, aux sièges de titulaire ou de suppléant auxquels elle a droit, elle désigne son représentant, pour la durée du mandat restant à courir, parmi les agents relevant du périmètre du collège statutaire éligibles au moment de la désignation.
