Article R6156-40 of the French Public Health Code

The Chairman of the Board of Governors shall adopt the rules of procedure, drawn up on the basis of a draft prepared by the Minister for Health, after obtaining the opinion of the Board sitting in plenary session.

These rules specify in particular the powers and operating rules of the specialised committees, as well as the rules for submitting, amending and voting on amendments to the draft texts mentioned in Article R. 6156-32.

Article R6156-40

Le président du conseil supérieur arrête le règlement intérieur, établi sur la base d’un projet élaboré par le ministre chargé de la santé, après avoir recueilli l’avis du conseil siégeant en assemblée plénière.

Ce règlement précise notamment les attributions et les règles de fonctionnement des formations spécialisées ainsi que les règles de dépôt, de modification et de vote des amendements aux projets de textes mentionnés à l’article R. 6156-32.
