The health care organisation’s medical conference is kept informed of the following matters:

1° Analysis reports on undesirable events, in particular those mentioned in article L. 6161-2, which have occurred in the health care organisation;

2° The planning of works, the refurbishment of premises or the acquisition of equipment likely to have an impact on the quality and safety of care.

La conférence médicale d’établissement est informée sur les matières suivantes :

1° Les bilans d’analyse des événements indésirables, notamment ceux mentionnés à l’article L. 6161-2, survenus dans l’établissement ;

2° La programmation de travaux, l’aménagement de locaux ou l’acquisition d’équipements susceptibles d’avoir un impact sur la qualité et la sécurité des soins.
