Article R621-30-1 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The Autorité des marchés financiers shall communicate to the European Securities and Markets Authority :

-decisions relating to the authorisation of investment firms ;

-at least once a year, the list of investment firm managers authorised to hold an additional mandate, in accordance with II ofArticle L. 533-26.

L’Autorité des marchés financiers communique à l’Autorité européenne des marchés financiers :

-les décisions relatives à l’agrément des entreprises d’investissement ;

-au moins une fois par an, la liste des dirigeants d’entreprise d’investissement autorisés à exercer un mandat supplémentaire, conformément au II de l’article L. 533-26.
