Article R621-36 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The results of investigations and inspections are set out in a written report. This report shall indicate, in particular, any facts that may constitute breaches of European regulations, of this Code, of the Commercial Code, of the General Regulation of the Autorité des marchés financiers and of the rules approved by the Autorité, breaches of other professional obligations or a criminal offence.

Les résultats des enquêtes et des contrôles font l’objet d’un rapport écrit. Ce rapport indique notamment les faits relevés susceptibles de constituer des manquements aux règlements européens, au présent code, au code de commerce, au règlement général de l’Autorité des marchés financiers et aux règles approuvées par l’Autorité, des manquements aux autres obligations professionnelles ou une infraction pénale.
