The application for authorisation referred to in Article R. 6213-5 must be sent to the national management centre by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, accompanied by a dossier, the composition of which is set by an order of the Minister for Health.
The national management centre acknowledges receipt of the application within one month of its receipt.
La demande d’autorisation mentionnée à l’article R. 6213-5 est adressée au centre national de gestion par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception, accompagnée d’un dossier dont la composition est fixée par un arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
Le centre national de gestion accuse réception de la demande dans le délai d’un mois à compter de sa réception.
