Article R6213-8 of the French Public Health Code

The Minister for Health and the Minister for Higher Education and Research may, after obtaining the opinion of the committee referred to in Article L. 6213-12, in its formation provided for in Article R. 6213-19, individually authorise the persons referred to in Article L. 6213-2-1 who so request to practise as medical biologists in the field of specialisation corresponding to the mixed or biological discipline in which they were recruited.

Le ministre chargé de la santé et le ministre chargé de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche peuvent, après avis de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 6213-12, dans sa formation prévue à l’article R. 6213-19, autoriser individuellement les personnes mentionnées à l’article L. 6213-2-1 qui en font la demande à exercer en qualité de biologiste médical dans le domaine de spécialisation correspondant à la discipline mixte ou biologique dans laquelle elles ont été recrutées.
