Article R622-5 of the French Consumer Code

If the mandate is revoked, the party who had given it may continue the proceedings initiated as if he had brought them directly.
The party who revokes his mandate must immediately notify the judge and the opposing party.

Si le mandat est révoqué, la partie qui l’avait donné peut poursuivre l’instance engagée comme si elle l’avait introduite directement.
La partie qui révoque son mandat doit en aviser aussitôt le juge et la partie adverse.
