The departmental employment and integration committee may grant individual exemptions from the two-apprentice limit where this is justified by the quality of the training provided in the company and the opportunities for professional integration in the branch in question.
These exemptions are valid for a maximum of five years and are renewable.
La commission départementale de l’emploi et de l’insertion peut délivrer des dérogations individuelles au plafond de deux apprentis lorsque la qualité de la formation dispensée dans l’entreprise et les possibilités d’insertion professionnelle dans la branche considérée le justifient.
Ces dérogations sont valables pour cinq ans au plus, renouvelables.
